CAPABILITIES

Since starting in my garage in 2017 with a single Tormach 770, I have significantly expanded my machining capabilities. Today, my shop includes:

• 1 CNC vertical milling center

• 1 Mazak horizontal milling center with 5-axis capabilities

• 1 full 5-axis Okuma UMC

• 2 Mitutoyo Bright coordinate measuring machines

I specialize in producing a wide range of products and prototypes for industries such as robotics, aerospace, automotive, recreational, and tool and die. I work with materials including aluminum, plastics, and alloys.

In 2025, I plan to enhance my services by adding large-capacity CMM metrology capabilities, enabling me to deliver even more precise parts to meet my customers' needs.

With a deep understanding of CNC milling, I collaborate with clients to design solutions for complex parts, often incorporating additional processes when needed. I focus on serving a select group of clients, building strong, long-term relationships. My commitment to responsiveness means I aim to answer emails and provide job quotes immediately upon receipt.
